Did you know that Penpals Writing Club's founder, La Toya Samuels-Cousins (Aunty Tudy) is KSA Parish Library's Reading Champion (21 & over) for 2023? Now that is leading by example!
The competition, the flagship event of the Jamaica Library Service, involves the reading of novels and poems, followed by tests based on prescribed standards. The process is fun and exciting.
It is open to age groups 6-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-20 & 21 and over. This year's theme was "Reading is Lit".
